I finally started the family blog (http://multifariousraymonds.wordpress.com) . We’ll see how well I do with updating it and all that. Joe’s supposedly going to do some updating as well, but we’ll see.
So, Joe’s got a new job. Granted, it will suck major because he’ll be traveling to Augusta instead of Skowhegan, but it’s using his [...]

Thursday: 5/6 Math Clinic until 4
Granted, I will get paid for the other three days. Tuesday and Thursday depend if anyone actually comes or not. [...]
First Panic of Winter

So here’s the copy of the e-mail that I sent to the teachers whose students I was supposed to pull today:
“Alright, I was going to brave the storm and come in, but there were a few snags. First there was the accident at the end of my road, and living on a dead-end street, that [...]
“Water, water everywhere…”

I find myself with an unexpected day off due to a water main breaking in the town that my school is located in. While I can’t really afford the day off, I’m a little excited. I noticed this morning that I have a small patch of hives returning, but my doctor said that such is [...]
December….yikes!

It seems like a mystery as to how we’re already in December, essentially the halfway point of the school year. That just shows how much less stressful Title I is compared to composite room.
Well, the hives are gone, but now there’s this really ugly cold hanging out with me. Right now, I’d rather have the [...]

Alright, so I figured that at least one reader (*waves to Desi*) might want an update on this silly thing.
I did go back to the doctor yesterday after a week of being on the Zyrtec and Pepcid, keeping in mind that this made it a total of 11 days I’ve had these silly things. She [...]

First off, let me start by saying that the past two days I have unsuccessfully been fighting with the formatting on my last post. After the block quote it just simply won’t let me add in any paragraphs. Grah. Oh well. (This is yet another reason why I still prefer paper and pen to a [...]
“Work in Progress”
Posted in Uncategorized, tagged knitting, work on September 12, 2008 | 1 Comment »
I figured that I haven’t really done much updating as of late, but I think that’s because it feels like so many aspects of my life right now are simply a work in progress. In reality, life is a work in progress, but it’s when it feels like it that it takes you off guard.
The [...]
Here comes September

I figured since I hadn’t written in here for a while that I would update real quick. Work wise, things have been…interesting to say the least. Warsaw has one of the best atmospheres I have ever been in. I’ve been moved up to an Ed. Tech. III after commenting to the curriculum coordinator that legally [...]
I have a job!!

I figured I would give you all an update. I heard back from the principal of Warsaw Middle School. While I didn’t get the Ed. Tech. II Literacy position, he did offer me an Ed. Tech. II math spot. While math’s not my favorite subject, it’s one way to get my foot in the door! [...]
